Rick Ching attended Punahou School, which is known for its academic rigor. Following his education, he worked at Deloitte as a Tax Manager from 1979 to 1985. During his six years at Deloitte, he gained valuable experience in tax management while working in both Seattle, WA, and Honolulu, HI.
