Additionally, she supports the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in preparing materials for various committees, including the HR & Compensation Committee and the Board of Directors.

She worked at Condé Nast from 2015 to 2021, where she served as Executive Director of Compensation and later as Vice President of Compensation & Workforce Planning. Her earlier experience includes roles at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. as Senior Manager of Compensation and at The Hain Celestial Group as Vice President of Compensation.

Liza D. earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College, where she studied from 1989 to 1993. She has also pursued additional education, including a Certificate in Individual Tax Returns from H & R Block, which she began in 2005.
