Before joining CDV, Marc Wasserman served in various prominent roles. He was the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Logistics, Warehousing, and Displays division at InnerWorkings, Inc. He also held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Madden Communications, where he led the sale process to InnerWorkings and managed debt refinancing. Additionally, as the CFO of Universal Gaming Group, Marc directed the sale of the company to a private equity firm and oversaw a debt refinancing.

Marc Wasserman serves as the Treasurer and is a Board Member of Ups For Downs, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with Down syndrome.
