Heather E. Horn is a Litigation Associate with a primary focus of managing and defending the litigation of insurance carriers. Heather has experience in general labor & employment matters. She specializes in wage and hour litigation including class actions, PAGA, and single plaintiff discrimination matters. Heather also has experience litigating life, health, and disability cases, including insurance bad faith, and ERISA. Licensed to practice in California. Heather is active in several bar associations. She is an active member of the Californian Lawyer's Association, Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, John Langston Bar Association, American Bar Association, California Minority Counsel Program (CMCP), and Defense Research Institute (DRI). She is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and graduate of the Los Angeles Public Policy Leadership Institute.
