I began my career at large global law firms, gaining extensive experience advising companies in all lifecycle stages. I have years of experience as general counsel of publicly traded and private companies, serving as part of the executive team and advising the board of directors. I have successfully represented clients in a wide range of financing and growth transactions, including public offerings, private placements, acquisitions, mergers and reverse mergers. I specialize in securities law and stock exchange compliance, SEC reporting and corporate governance counseling. I work effectively with management and boards of directors to advise and support companies through not only strategic and significant matters, but also with day-to-day operations.
