About Martin Popelak
I am an accomplished servant-leader capable of delivering large-scale software and enterprise-ready development projects by effectively collaborating, facilitating, leading and coaching multiple international Scrum teams. I have had many years of experience helping teams succeed by applying Agile, SAFe and Scrum practices. The achievement that matter the most to me is increasing the number of Polarion ALM active users from just a couple of hundreds to hundreds of thousands over the past 8 years. I am great at removing impediments, project management and keeping teams focused on delivering success in rapidly evolving and dynamic environments. I love building modern cloud solutions aiming at usability, user experience and technical excellence. I hold a master’s degree from Entrepreneurship and Management in technology industries from the Czech Technical University in Prague and have a very strong technology background.
