Candiru Florence holds a Master of Education degree from Aga Khan University, where she focused on Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and Gender in Education. She also worked as a Child Counselor and Senior Teacher at Cherish Uganda from 2007 to 2008. Her early experiences laid the foundation for her ongoing commitment to early childhood education and inclusive practices.
