Her experience includes roles as Project Manager for Early Childhood Development at BRAC in 2016 and as Program Officer at Aga Khan Foundation East Africa from 2013 to 2016 in West Nile.

Education and Expertise

Candiru Florence holds a Master of Education degree from Aga Khan University, where she focused on Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and Gender in Education. She has also earned multiple certificates related to early childhood education, including a certificate in ECCE from Aga Khan University-IED and a diploma in Nursery Teaching from YMCA College. Her educational background supports her expertise in developing inclusive education programs and teacher development.
