His early career included a role as Senior Executive (Team Leader) in Talent Acquisition at Tech Mahindra Business Services from 2015 to 2016 and an internship at Tata Consultancy Services in 2013.
Educational Background
Oli Sen Sarma completed his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) at S.I.E.S College Of Arts, Science & Commerce, Nerul, from 2008 to 2011. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Chetana's R.K. Institute Of Research & Management, where he studied from 2012 to 2014. Currently, he is pursuing a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management, focusing on Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration, which he began in 2023.
