She worked at TWW do Brasil as CFO for Brazil for three months in 2020 and held various roles at TWW, including Vice President & Business Development Director from 2018 to 2019 and Chief Investment Officer from 2014 to 2018. Her earlier career includes positions at Morgan Stanley in Capital Markets, Debt from 2010 to 2011, and JPMorgan in Sales and Trading - Derivatives from 2006 to 2009. She also worked at Citigroup in the Corporate Finance Investment Banking Division from 2004 to 2006.

Cecilia Pain Colaço has a solid educational foundation in finance and economics. She studied at The Wharton School, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Finance and Marketing from 2000 to 2004.
