Current Role as Machine Learning Engineer
Lucas Cléopas currently serves as a Machine Learning Engineer at Sinch, a position he has held since 2023. His work is conducted remotely from São Paulo, Brazil. In this role, he applies his expertise in machine learning to develop innovative solutions within the company.
Experience at Sinch
Prior to his current position, Lucas worked at Sinch as a Junior Software Developer for six months in 2022. He also held the role of Software Developer Assistant from 2021 to 2022. His contributions during these roles included collaborating with an international AI team to create AI products focused on Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS).
Education and Academic Background
Lucas Cléopas pursued his education at Universidade Estadual de Campinas, where he is currently studying for a Master's degree in Computer Science, expected to complete in 2024. He previously obtained two Bachelor's degrees from UFMA - Universidade Federal do Maranhão: one in Engenharia de Computação in 2022 and another in Interdisciplinar em Ciência e Tecnologia in 2020.

Since 2023, Lucas has been the CTO and Co-Founder of AutoClipper, operating remotely from São Luís, Maranhão, Brazil. In this capacity, he utilizes advanced tools and platforms, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS, GCP, Docker, and Gitlab, to drive the company's technological initiatives.
