She then held the role of HR Director, Business Partner from 2007 to 2011, and Sr. Director of Regional HR Services from 2011 to 2013. Throughout her tenure, she introduced a talent pool compensation management program and implemented automation for salary reviews and annual incentive plans.

Education and Expertise

Cecile Cornu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences from Concordia University, which she completed from 1995 to 1997. She also earned a Master of Arts in Business & Administration from ESSCA - Ecole Superieure des Sciences Commerciales d'Angers between 1991 and 1995. In addition, she completed an Executive Education program in Leadership & Business at Harvard Business School in 2005. Currently, she is participating in a bespoke Leadership Development program at IMD Business School, which she began in 2020.
