Dr. Pardeshi's career spans various roles and organizations. He began as a Customer Service Manager at Xerox ModiCorp Ltd from 1996 to 1999. He later worked at Tata Business Support Services Limited as a Customer Experience and Business Development Manager for nine months in 2005. He also served as a Technology Consultant at Sony DADC from 2000 to 2005 and held the position of Director at DataCops Pvt Ltd from 2006 to 2016. Additionally, he worked as an Individual Consultant for the African Development Bank Group in 2016 and served as Director of Technology for the Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games.
