About Jessica Sponza
As the Director of Member Operations at SmartLabs, I oversee the daily operations and member satisfaction of a network of co working spaces that foster innovation and collaboration. I have more than 20 years of experience in customer service, project management, and people leadership, across various industries such as tech, retail, and hospitality. My core competencies include staffing and training, coaching and mentoring, event planning and execution, sales and marketing, budgeting and P&L, and new building construction coordination. I have successfully managed a flagship store for Apple, a chef-owned local restaurant, and a 220,000 sq. ft. co working space in the heart of Boston's financial district. I am passionate about creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment for my team and our members, and I leverage my OS X and social media skills to enhance our communication and engagement.
