Rachel Jones is the Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at SnapDragon Monitoring Ltd, a position she has held since 2023. She previously served as CEO and Founder / Head Dragon from 2015 to 2023. Since 2019, Rachel Jones has worked at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) as an Expert and a member of the SME Expert Group. Rachel Jones has a diverse educational background. She studied at the University of Aberdeen, earning a BSc in Agriculture - Animal Science from 1982 to 1986. She also completed a PG Cert in Export Management at Durham University Business School in 1987. Additionally, she studied Entrepreneurship at the MIT Sloan School of Management, completing the Entrepreneurship Development Program in 2014. Currently, she is studying at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, as part of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.
