About Brendon Clark, Esq. (He/Him)
Licensed in MS /Practicing in FL I am currently an Attorney Advisor with the Social Security Administration. I am a 2015 graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law. Prior to attending law school, I attended Mississippi State University and graduated with a B.B.A. in Banking and Finance. While at Mississippi State, I worked as a videographer for the university and was involved with several organizations on campus. I also volunteered with many programs in the Starkville, MS, community. During my first year at the University of Mississippi School of Law, I was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi honors fraternity and became a member of the Black Law Student's Association. I also worked as a legal intern with International Paper in Memphis, TN. It was a wonderful experience working with an amazing company and great group of lawyers, paralegals, and secretaries. During my second year, I became an editor on the University of Mississippi Sports Law Review and a member of the: Trial Advocacy Board (external competition team), Public Interest Law Foundation, Business Law Network, Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, and Sports Law Society. I also volunteered with North Mississippi Rural Legal Services Taxpayer Program during the spring semester. In addition, I worked as a teaching assistant with the Council on Legal Education Opportunity Program(CLEO) preparing first-year students for law school. During my third year, I volunteered with the Shelby County PD's Office in Memphis, TN. I was also a managing notes editor of the Mississippi Sports Law Review. I competed in the ABA trial competition in Dallas, TX . I was also sworn into limited practice in MS, TN, & TX. In addition, through the University of Mississippi Criminal Appeals Clinic, I submitted an appeals brief and performed an oral argument before the MIssissippi Court of Appeals. I was also the treasurer for the Black Law Student's Association. I also worked as an extern at the Harris County District Attorney's Office in Houston, TX, in the spring of 2015. After my completion of law school, I worked as a senior law clerk for the Honorable Judge Tyree Irving of the Mississippi Court of Appeals for three years. I started my current position as an Attorney Advisor for the Social Security Administration in Orlando, FL, in October 2018.
