Before founding SolarMente, Wouter Draijer was the Founder and Owner of BrutusBoot from 2015 to 2017 in Amsterdam. He also worked as a Yacht Broker at Prins van Oranje for one year in 2013 to 2014. Additionally, he served as Captain at Friendship Amsterdam from 2014 to 2016. These roles contributed to his diverse professional background and understanding of various industries.
Education and Expertise
Wouter Draijer has a strong educational background in management and engineering. He earned a Master of Science in Management & Entrepreneurship from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2019. Prior to that, he obtained a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship & Consultancy from Rotterdam Business School in 2018. He also holds an Ingenieur (Ir.) degree in Technical Engineering, specializing in Sustainable Energy, from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, which he completed in 2017. Currently, he is studying at Y Combinator since 2021.
