Sinen Neang began their career at the Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR), where they worked as a Project Intern from 2015 to 2016 and later as a Project Assistant from 2016 to 2019. This experience laid the foundation for Neang's commitment to social justice and human rights. Neang's academic journey includes studies in Social Sciences at PUC in Phnom Penh, where they focused on International Relations from 2013 to 2018.
