Her early career included positions as an Interviewer at Kantar TNS from 2008 to 2010, a Telemarketer at Ina Finland Oy in 2008, and a Trainee at Ekokumppanit Oy in 2009.

Minna Luiro holds a Master’s Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Eastern Finland, which she completed in 2022.
