Previous Experience in Training and Development
Kavita Ahuja has extensive experience in training and development. She worked at Serco as a Trainer focusing on Soft Skills and Process from 2007 to 2011, and later served as Assistant Manager (Training) for one year in 2011-2012. She then joined Lee Hecht Harrison India, where she held the roles of Training Manager from 2012 to 2016 and Regional Manager - L&D Operations from 2016 to 2019. Most recently, she worked at Home Credit India as Senior Manager - L&D from 2019 to 2021.
Educational Background
Kavita Ahuja has a solid educational foundation with multiple degrees. She studied at Sophia High School and later pursued an MBA in Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
