Prior to his current position, Oleksandr Sereda worked at SOTI as a Senior Software Development Manager from 2014 to 2020 and as a Team Leader from 2010 to 2014. During his tenure, he implemented a gated check-ins system across a development team of 280 employees, ensuring that development processes were not impacted or slowed down. His leadership contributed to the efficiency and effectiveness of the software development teams.
Educational Background
Oleksandr Sereda studied at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. He earned a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Electrical Drive from 1996 to 2000. He continued his education at the same institution, obtaining a Master’s degree with honors in Robotics from 2000 to 2002. Oleksandr further pursued a PhD program in Electrical Drive from 2002 to 2005, enhancing his expertise in the field.
