I spend my day serving both internal and external customers in my role as Regional Vice President of Branches. I enjoy finding creative solutions to complex problems. This could mean working with a member to better their financial position or working with a team member to ensure they have the support they need. I have spent the past 16 years working for credit unions and genuinely believe in the value we offer to our members and the communities we operate in. One of the best ways we can serve our members is to ensure they are aware of the products and services we offer and by building relationships with our communities so that they think of us first for their financial needs. I have many hobbies that I have accumulated over the years. I am bad at being bad at things and am even worse at giving up on things, so when I encounter a new hobby I often dedicate myself to learning the required skills to be proficient. This mentality extends to my work space as well when I am confronted with a new experience requiring new skills.
