About Carola Jain

Leveraging over 20 years of international experience, Carola Jain combines her expertise in managing and positioning global brands and optimizing operations to help companies maximize growth and accelerate business value. As the Co-Founder and CEO of DMINTI, Carola is building a new cultural arts and technology agency to curate, produce and promote NFT Art and Web3 cultural experiences. Prior to her current board position at Spartan, the Global Extreme Wellness brand, Carola was the Global CMO overseeing all aspects of Spartan's marketing and brand strategy. Carola guided the company from being a race-focused events business to becoming a global Extreme Wellness Community platform. Her work comprised the creation of a global content platform, Spartan's training app and the relaunch of Spartan's global merchandise brand to complement the global participatory events organization. Carola co-lead Spartan Women, a female-focused community platform, designed to defy stereotypes and promote camaraderie and empowerment by connecting women and girls from all over the world. Prior to joining Spartan, Carola spent over 16 years at Interbrand. As Senior Director of Brand Strategy and Analytics, she led the financial services and non-profit practice as well as overseeing Interbrand’s top 100 ‘Best Global Brands Study’. Carola’s track record includes the successful leadership and management of global brand teams across multi-disciplinary engagements for clients such as American Express, Accenture, Apollo Management, Credit Suisse, Citigroup, GE, JPMorganChase, Intel, L’Oreal, LVMH, SAP, PBS, and Thomson Reuters. Having lived and worked in 4 countries and traveled extensively, Carola is fluent in the many cultural nuances that brands need to navigate to create compelling stories that are both universal and impactful. Carola serves on the Peggy Guggenheim Advisory Board and is a member of the Dean’s Council at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. She is also a Trustee of the Jain Family Institute which focuses on impacting complex societal structures (i.e. education finance/student debt crisis, guaranteed income, and digital ethics) by evaluating key contributing catalysts and launching high-impact pilot programs.
