Additionally, she pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Advanced Urbanism at Tongji University from 2015 to 2017, and another Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Advanced Urbanism at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar during the same period.

Before joining Speckle, Kateryna Konieva gained extensive research experience. She worked as a PhD Researcher at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) from 2019 to 2024. Prior to that, she was a researcher in Urban Planning at ETH Zürich from 2018 to 2020 and completed an internship at ETH Zurich in 2017. Additionally, she worked as a Student Assistant at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar for one month in 2016. She also has experience in education, having worked as an ESL online teacher at WinKey Online English Academy, Inc. in 2017.
