In her current position as Director of Clinical Operations since 2020, she oversees clinical operations and ensures quality outcomes for various rehabilitation programs. Dr. Taitano previously served as a Multi-Site Clinic Manager from 2013 to 2017 and as a Spine Rehabilitation Specialist from 2012 to 2013, contributing to the development of rehabilitation strategies for athletes.

Dr. Taitano obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine, completing her studies from 2014 to 2017.
