About Marius Hurley Bennett
Recruitment, wellness and community and are my passions and I’m lucky enough to incorporate all of them into my life! With 9 years of experience in recruitment, I am now a Director of Socially Responsible Recruitment, leading our London office and contract divisions. I specialise in building DDaT teams for the world's leading consultancies and have an expansive network of security-cleared individuals across different tech stacks. I founded Social Wellness Club in 2023; a community focused on normalising healthier living. We're experiencing some of the highest living standards in history whilst also paradoxically struggling with mental health, obesity and chronic illness. SWC's mission is to inspire, provide community, curate information and provide an alternative way to socialise and meet new people. Outside of work, I am an adventure junkie and love mountaineering, triathlon, and ultra-running. I'm currently training for Marathon Des Sables in April 2024 and am fundraising for a cause close to my heart!
