Starting my career with Convergys Canada, September of 2006, as a technical support professional, allowed me to facilitate end users with my continuing growing knowledge in IT Industry. Obtaining two years experience, extensive knowledge on Windows based Operating Systems and network infrastructure; I moved into a position with Halifax’s IT giant NTT Data, as an IT consultant for the well known US financial company Morgan Stanley. Five years with the company providing Corporate Banking Technology, Web Operations, Enterprise Infrastructure and FARM server consultation at a tier two support level, has allowed me to expand my experience, learn and assimilate new technologies with ease, and experience a changing and developing company. Continuing my education outside of my workplace is also important to me. Apart from my work experience and the highest quality of education, I am articulate in the art of public relations, inter-personal communication skills, writing reports and presentations.
