Under his leadership, TechLabs Dortmund has grown to become one of Europe's fastest-growing learning accelerators for technology skills.

Joshua Bauckloh studied at the Technische Universität Dortmund, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from 2014 to 2020. He continued his education at the same institution, achieving a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, he studied at the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, obtaining a Máster Universitario en Sistemas Inteligentes y Aplicaciones Numéricas en Ingeniería from 2020 to 2021.
Background and Early Career
Before his current roles, Joshua Bauckloh held various positions that contributed to his professional development. He worked as a Local Responsible at ESTIEM from 2016 to 2018 and as a Praktikant im Bereich Geschäftsentwicklung at HAZEMAG & EPR GmbH in Duelmen for four months in 2018-2019. He also served as Chairman of TechLabs Dortmund from 2019 to 2021, where he played a significant role in shaping the organization.
