About Christa Flores
I am passionate about research and design in all learning environments that foster creativity and problem solving. I have been fortunate enough to be a part of a growing community of progressive educators who want to change the world by giving learners agency through introducing them to making and invention literacy. I have written about my experiences in a variety of self-directed learning environments and maker spaces, and presented my questions and observations about the link between progressive education and the current industrial revolution we refer to as, the maker movement.
