About Clinton C.
As a senior research engineer at Stanford University, I apply my PhD in bioinformatics and my extensive experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis to advance the understanding and treatment of genetic diseases. Previously, I co-founded and co-managed Avail Bio, a venture-backed immunotherapy business, where I designed and implemented clinical research studies, bespoke sequencing strategies, and robust data quality control and analysis software workflows. I also engineered and maintained scripts and databases to optimize data storage and retrieval processes. My mission is to leverage my interdisciplinary skills and knowledge to translate genomic insights into clinical and therapeutic applications.
