With over 10 years of experience in strategy planning and execution, I am passionate about helping organizations achieve their strategic goals and create positive impact. As the Director of Strategic Planning and Innovation at Harvard Extension Alumni Association, I lead the development and implementation of capabilities-driven growth and digitalization strategies that increase alumni engagement and reduce costs. In my current role, I have delivered impressive results such as: Launching virtual events that attracted 800-1000 alumni from five continents and generated over 8000 views on social media platforms in a 12-month period. Organizing the largest live event outside of Harvard, with 200 alumni from eight states and three countries in attendance. Building a data-driven decision-making process that leverages analytics and insights to optimize performance and outcomes. I have a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Harvard University, with a focus on Management, Strategy, Innovation, and Transformation. I also hold certifications in Innovation, Disruptive Strategy, and Business Strategy from Harvard Extension School, Harvard Business School Online, and Cornell University, respectively. I have strong skills in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, designing operating models, communication, leadership, and change management. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities to grow and innovate. Let's connect and see how we can work together to achieve your strategic vision.
