About Jean Snider
Jean has over 30 years of experience in investment real estate in the areas of asset management, mortgage lending, acquisitions/dispositions, leasing (building leases and ground leases), entitlements and development, and portfolio management. She currently leads a real estate team of 35 individuals with emphasis in asset management, real estate development, finance and lease administration, and residential real estate advisory services. Her particular expertise is in developing and leading long-term strategic plans for a real estate investment portfolio, managing a team to reach their individual and collective potential, and general real estate finance and economics.
