About Kerry O'connor
I design user experiences and business models for startups to multinationals. I have designed and launched a revolutionary medical devices as a women’s health entrepreneur. I have applied the human-centered design process across a dozen industries in my 15 years as a creative leader and design practitioner. Today, I am focused on life-centered design, taking social systems and natural ecosystems into account. I teach a course on Designing Responsibility as part of Stanford’s graduate program in design. I love to drop into a company, understand a difficult problem, and generate and test options for solutions. I know that my job is not only to offer innovations, but to impart new tools and processes to my collaborators as well.
