Before joining Statiq, Anshul Gupta worked at Maruti Suzuki India Limited as a Deputy Manager from 2016 to 2022. During his six-year tenure in Gurgaon, Haryana, he played a significant role in the setup of vehicle assembly lines and production planning. He was involved in the introduction of the JIMNY model in India and implemented lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodologies to improve productivity and quality. His expertise also includes systems audit and compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Anshul Gupta began his professional journey with an internship at Escorts Construction Equipment Ltd as a Sales and Marketing Intern in 2015, where he worked for six months. He also completed a summer internship at Jindal Stainless Steel (JSL Stainless Ltd.) in 2014 for one month. These experiences contributed to his foundational knowledge in the engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Anshul Gupta completed his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, from 2012 to 2016. Prior to this, he achieved his High School diploma in Non-Medical (PCM) from New Yashoda Public School between 2010 and 2012. He was the Founder of Team Mechnext Racing Supra from 2015 to 2016 and served as an Advisor for Team MechNext Racing BAJA from 2013 to 2018.
