Before that, he held the same title focused on Water Conservation from 2017 to 2019. His tenure at Unilever included a role as Prabhat Pillar Lead for Livelihoods & Skill Development from 2016 to 2017, where he contributed to skill development initiatives.

Manish Tayade worked as an Assistant Manager at LabourNet Services India Pvt. Ltd. from 2013 to 2016. During his three years in Khamgaon, Akola, and Amravati, he was involved in various projects aimed at enhancing livelihoods and skill development in the region. His experience at LabourNet provided him with a strong foundation in managing social initiatives and engaging with local communities.

Manish Tayade holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Agri Business Management from the University of Mumbai's Garware Institute of Career Education & Development, which he completed from 2010 to 2012. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business Management from Pd. Dr. D. Y. Patil College of A. B. M. in Akurdi, Pune, from 2006 to 2010. His educational background has equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary for his roles in corporate social responsibility and business management.
Achievements in Corporate Social Responsibility
In his current role at STL, Manish Tayade has developed strategic partnerships with external NGOs, government organizations, and agencies to enhance CSR initiatives. He has played a key role in the implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and upgradation of Resustain, a CSR automation platform.
