Her early career included an internship in Human Resources at L&T Financial Services in 2016.

Mansi Shukla Joshi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Human Resources Management from SIES College of Management Studies, which she completed from 2015 to 2017. She also earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University between 2011 and 2015.
