Prior to that, he served as Senior Manager HR at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd from 2010 to 2013 in Ambernath, Maharashtra. His earlier roles include Assistant Manager HR at Bausch & Lomb from 2006 to 2008 and HR Business Partner at Hindustan Unilever Ltd from 2008 to 2010.
