She studied at Assumption University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Spanish from 1997 to 2001. Somers then attended Emerson College, achieving a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications in 2004. She completed her high school education at Tewksbury Memorial High School from 1993 to 1997.
