Her experience includes working as an Event Manager at Spectra from 2016 to 2017 and at SevenVenues in Norfolk, Virginia, from 2012 to 2016.

Talia Vernon studied at Old Dominion University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from 2005 to 2009. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the same institution between 2011 and 2012.
