Prior to that, she served as the Financial Reporting Team Lead at UOB from 2011 to 2013, where she led the outsourcing of the Accounts Payable process and managed the restructuring of finance functions to enhance process control.

Throughout her career, Lily Mah has played a significant role in various financial initiatives. She led the migration of a Singapore legal entity’s finance function to Malaysia and re-engineered the APAC Statutory team to standardize processes.
