She transitioned to Human Resources, working as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2011 to 2016, and later as a Senior HR Business Partner from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, she contributed to Agile transformation as an HR Lead Specialist from 2019 to 2020.

Carine Jacquerye holds a Master in Economic Sciences from Université catholique de Louvain, where she studied Business/Managerial Economics from 1992 to 1996. She also studied at Dublin City University, where she participated in an Erasmus Exchange program in 1995. Jacquerye has obtained certifications in MBTI, Realize 2, and SHL: OPQ/MQ, which enhance her skills in personality assessment and talent management.
