Nancy Murphy has been working at SWIFT as a Project Management Officer (PMO) since 2006. In her role, she develops templates and procedures to optimize outcomes for conferences hosted by The SWIFT Institute. She oversees the project management of research grants awarded to academics, focusing on topics that are beneficial to the finance industry. Additionally, she manages the Sibos program, which consistently ranks among the top five streams at the Sibos event. Nancy is fully responsible for event management, including venue hire and speaker management, ensuring that all aspects of events run smoothly.

Nancy Murphy studied at St. John's University in New York, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from 1980 to 1983. She furthered her education at Boston University - Brussels Campus from 2009 to 2011, obtaining a Masters in Leadership, a PMI Certificate, and an HR Certificate. Her educational background equips her with a strong foundation in both technical and leadership skills, which she applies in her current role at SWIFT.

Before her tenure at SWIFT, Nancy worked as the Head of Operations at Innovative HR Solutions in Dubai for five months in 2013.
