Kendie continued his career at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), where he served as a Strategic Account Manager for Africa from 2020 to 2021, and as a Senior Business Development Specialist from 2019 to 2020. He also worked at Parameta Solutions as Regional Head for Sub-Saharan Africa from 2021 to 2022.

Thierry Kendie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, completed in 2018. He also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the same institution in 2017. Kendie has a Bachelor's degree in Money, Finance, and International Economics from the University of Dschang, obtained in 2009, and a B.Com Honours in International Trade and Development from the University of Johannesburg, completed in 2013. He is currently studying Finance and Financial Management Services at the University of South Africa, where he is achieving a Financial Management Certificate with distinction.
