Prior to that, he spent five years at ARRIS as a Staff Manufacturing Engineer from 2013 to 2018. His career began at General Instrument Corporation as an Industrial Engineer from 1999 to 2001. He then worked at Motorola Home & Networks Mobility for 12 years as a Senior Industrial Engineer, from 2001 to 2013. Each of these roles contributed to his expertise in manufacturing engineering and process improvement.
Education and Expertise
Arthur Chen earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Yuan-Ze University, studying from 1994 to 1997. His educational background laid the foundation for his extensive career in manufacturing engineering. Chen is proficient in applying LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyze, and execute process improvement projects. His expertise includes leading continuous improvement efforts in quality, cost, delivery, safety, and productivity within manufacturing environments.
