His earlier positions at SAP included Director of Business Development for the Strategic Customer Program from 2011 to 2016 and Business Development Manager from 2007 to 2011. He began his tenure at SAP as a Business Development Principal for Eastern and Southern Europe from 2004 to 2007.

Lazaros Lazaridis began his career in the technology sector at Oracle Hellas, where he worked as a Technology Solutions Presales professional from 2001 to 2004. He then transitioned to Mart Cash & Carry S.A. as a Software Engineer for nearly a year in 2000.
