Joanna Jones completed her secondary education at Chelmsford County High School for Girls from 1997 to 2004. She then attended the University of Nottingham, where she studied Finance, Accounting, and Management, earning a BA from 2004 to 2007. Joanna furthered her education by obtaining an International Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, between 2017 and 2018. She is also a certified member of ACCA since March 2017.
