Before joining TalentQuest, Karim worked at Mahindra Satyam BPO as a Process Lead Training from 2005 to 2009. During his four years in this position in India, he focused on training processes and enhancing the skills of team members, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Experience at IBM
Karim Kamruddin worked at IBM as a Training Specialist from 2009 to 2010 in New York, New York. His role involved eLearning, instructional design, and technical authoring. This position allowed him to further develop his expertise in creating effective training materials and learning experiences.
