Carolina Rainho is currently serving as a Junior Product Designer at Talkdesk in Lisboa, Portugal. In her role, she specializes in developing creative digital experiences through user-centered methodologies. Carolina works full remote in the CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) unit of Talkdesk. Her workflow focuses on co-working on end-to-end project processes, including ideation, wireframes, user testing, mockups, and prototyping.

Before joining Talkdesk, Carolina worked as a Freelancer from 2020 to 2021. During this period, she engaged in various projects that allowed her to enhance her skills in illustration, photography, motion, and graphic design. Carolina also studied Graphic Motion at ETIC Escola de Tecnologias Inovação e Criação and participated in the Erasmus Program for Design Gráfico at Rufa - Rome University of Fine Arts from 2019 to 2020. She holds a Licentiate degree in Design Gráfico from Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade de Lisboa, completed in 2019.

In the early stages of her career, Carolina held various roles unrelated to design. She worked as a Store Operator at SONAE from 2017 to 2019 and as an Attender at Wavebar Portugal from 2016 to 2019. These roles provided her with valuable work experience and contributed to her problem-solving abilities and positive attitude.
