Previous Experience at Talkdesk
Daniel Cardoso has held multiple positions at Talkdesk prior to his current role. From 2021 to 2022, he worked as the Product Design Manager for AI & Automation. This was preceded by his role as the Lead Product Designer for AI & Automation from 2019 to 2021. In these capacities, he was instrumental in developing AI-driven design tools that were integrated into various high-profile projects.
Career Beginnings and Growth
Daniel Cardoso began his career in web design and development. He worked as a Web Designer and Developer at Freelancer from 2006 to 2007 and again from 2011 to 2012. He also co-founded and served as a Web Designer at Inovazi from 2007 to 2011. Later, he transitioned into product design, serving as an Associate Product Designer and then Product Designer at Feedzai from 2012 to 2018. At Stratio, he worked as a Senior Product Designer / Team Manager from 2018 to 2019.
Educational Background
Daniel Cardoso completed his education at the Universidade de Coimbra. He earned a BSc in Design & Multimedia from 2008 to 2012 and also studied Communication and Multimedia from 2004 to 2008. His academic background laid the foundation for his career in design and user experience.
