Rei K. has a significant tenure at Talkdesk, having served in multiple key roles. Before assuming the current position, Rei was the SVP/Head of Product & Engineering for Talkdesk CCaaS from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Rei held the role of Vice President, Head of Product & Engineering, Talkdesk CCaaS, from 2019 to 2021. During these years, Rei contributed substantially to the company’s development and growth, particularly in the cloud contact center as a service space.

Rei K. worked at ServiceMax before joining Talkdesk. From 2017 to 2019, Rei was the Vice President of Product Management and Head of ServiceMax under GE Digital in Pleasanton, California. Prior to this, Rei served as the SVP/Head of Product at ServiceMax from 2015 to 2017.
