Sumedh Jigjinni is the Director of AI Value Consulting at Talkdesk, where he started his role on January 1, 2021. He is also an Angel Investor and works as an Instructor at General Assembly in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. At Talkdesk, a company valued at $10 billion and a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Contact Center as a Service (CCaS), he focuses on providing value strategy with a special emphasis on retail sectors, including eCommerce and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) markets.
Previous Experience in Strategy and Product Management
Sumedh Jigjinni has held multiple roles in strategy and product management. From 2017 to 2021, he was involved in Strategy & Value Consulting at New Relic, Inc. in Orange County, California. He also served as Director of Product Management at Optima Tax Relief and LoanNow, each for a year, in the Orange County area. Additionally, he has had experience in the gaming and fintech industries as Founder and CEO of Catalist and in product management at Kiwi, Inc.
Educational Background
Sumedh Jigjinni holds an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where he studied Analytics, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science with a Human-Computer Interaction emphasis from UC San Diego. His educational background supports his expertise in product management, UX/UI design, and strategic consulting.
